My body is changing
Weight, belly fat, muscle and what kind of exercise actually helps.
I'm exhausted
Night sweats, 3 AM wake-ups, stress and "tired but wired."
My mind feels different
Brain fog, mood, and the guilt that comes when you can't keep up.
I want a better doctor visit
Hormone therapy, bloodwork and blood sugar, so you can walk in prepared.

Who is PCW Clarity for?
Women in life transition: caring for aging parents, losing a spouse, going through a divorce, and the body changes of perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause. You may be carrying a career, kids, a parent and a body that suddenly plays by new rules. PCW Clarity is also for anyone who's curious about what's changing in midlife and wants straight answers instead of a sales pitch.
- Perimenopause, usually in your 40s: cycles start to change, sleep gets lighter, and weight moves to the middle.
- Menopause: 12 months after your last period. Hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog and mood changes often peak around here.
- Postmenopause: the long game: heart, bone, muscle, blood sugar and brain health.
Caregiving, widowhood, an inheritance or a divorce bring money questions too. Our sister site answers those: caregiving for aging parents, when a trustee won't pay a family caregiver, widowhood, inheritance taxes and divorce on drpatclarity.com. Not sure where to start? Take the wellness DAITT® quiz.
The Pinnacle Coordinated Wellness site is for the practitioners who serve you. PCW Clarity is for you.

What is a Coordinated Wellness Office?
A Coordinated Wellness Office (CWO) is the on-site coordination layer between the professionals who care for you: the office inside your office. We install it in the practitioner's office, coming to them, so care is coordinated right where it happens. Whether the nurse practitioner sees you in person or by telehealth is the practitioner's choice; we prefer in person. Most women don't have a shortage of experts. They have a coordination problem: the clinician, the dietitian, the trainer, the physical therapist and the therapist each see one slice, and nobody holds the whole picture.
- What we do: educate first, help you prepare for visits, and help your independent professionals work from one shared plan. It's done with you, not for you.
- What we never do: diagnose, treat, prescribe or replace your clinician. Clinical care stays with independent licensed clinicians, under their own licenses and judgment.
- How it shows up here: every answer has a “who on my care team handles what” section, because that's where most plans break.
